Yudong Tang, Chairman, Product DirectorYudong Tang is a manager with rich experience on management of teams and projects in console gaming development. He and Xiaofeng Qian founded Shanghai Way2Done Network Technology Co., Ltd. in 2009. He worked for KONAMI Group (Japan) as Chief Producer, and Chief Programmer. He was core member in development team of famous series — "Beat Mania" from KONAMI. He also established KONAMI Software Shanghai Studio as key member. There were over 100 staffs working in KONAMI Shanghai by the end of 2003, when he resigned and setup Shanghai Mineloader Software Co., Ltd. — as first generation game development outsourcing farm in China. He worked as Development Director for Shanghai Mineloader Software. Mineloader became key player in gaming industry with 2 studios and over 200 employees in 2009 with his team's efforts. Yudong Tang got master degree from Kobe University of Mercantile Marine (known as Faculty of Maritime Sciences, Kobe University now). Xiaofeng Qian had rich experience on development, consulting and management on console games and online games. He had worked for Shanghai Mineloader Software, Intel China, and KONAMI Software Shanghai. He was Senior Manager of Software Development Department in Shanghai Mineloader Software before he and Yudong Tang founded Shanghai Way2Done Network Technology Co., Ltd. He succeed in leading his team including programmers, 2D artists, and game designers on development of several titles within schedule, budget and high quality; meantime, he also succeed in cost saving control of whole department on his position. Xiaofeng Qian was also the first generation individual console emulator developer in China. He's goog at migration and extension of gaming products with emulator related technologies. He and his team had developed over 20 titles includes "Contra and Castlevania Collection PC", "Gensou Suikoden Chinese Version PC", "TAITO Memories" series, "The King of Fighters NESTS for PS2" by using such technology. Xiaofeng Qian was the first generation of ACM ICPC contestants in Asia. He also was key member to organize earlier Asia Regional Contests. He had got 24th position as contestant in ICPC World Finals 1998 in Atlanta, U.S. The team of Shanghai University had got their best achievement in ICPC — 17th in ICPC World Finals 1999 in Holland, when he was working as Chief Coach. He had lot of experience on training courses, and organization of activities in such level. Xiaofeng Qian got master degree from Computer Engineering and Science College, Shanghai University. His major is parallel algorithm on cluster. Peihao Zhang, Technical ManagerPeihao Zhang joined Way2Done Network Technology in 2009. He had over 7 years experience on development on servers, especially commercial concurrency applications. He got Bachelor of Engineering degree from Donghua University. He worked for Net-2Com, KONAMI Software Shanghai, and Tose Software Shanghai after graduation.
Yuefei Yu, Technical Manager
Yuefei Yu joined Way2Done Network Technology in 2009. He has lot of experience on graphics engines. He worked for PDE to develop their internal game engine. Then he participated in establishing of Chongqing Tuolang Network Technology Co., Ltd., which was developing serious applications with 3D graphics technologies. Yuefei Yu got Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chongqing Technology and Business University.
